SAMURAI RUN How far can one samurai run?

SAMURAI RUN is a 2D pixel-art endless runner set in a bamboo forest. The samurai runs automatically, and you have only two moves: jump and slash. Leap over rocks, logs and bamboo spikes, and avoid the pits, because one fall ends your run. Slash incoming arrows and shuriken out of the air. Time a swing perfectly for a Just Parry and the projectile flies straight back at the archer or ninja who threw it. Each defeated enemy drops a rice ball that restores your health. The pace picks up every 50 meters, so see how far you can go and how high you can push your combo.

  • Two-button controls: Z to jump (hold for a higher jump), X to slash
  • Just Parry: reflect projectiles to defeat enemies and build your combo
  • Dangers: swinging log traps from above, bottomless pits and rising speed
  • Soundtrack: Japanese period-drama music with shakuhachi, koto, shamisen and taiko
